"I have always had a great experience working with everyone in this office! They’re all wonderful to work with. Particularly yesterday, I had an extensive call working with Amirah as I had numerous questions regarding a vehicle switch, & wanted to cover various options. Amirah demonstrated top notch listening skills & was attentive to every question / variable I wanted to discuss. She was quite knowledgeable regarding most of the questions I had, & anything she wasn’t certain on, she took the time while on call (as opposed to getting back with me at a later time) to track down an answer for me, providing exactly the information I was looking for by the end of the call. Her attitude & professionalism left nothing to be desired, as she performed exceptionally in these areas as well.
