As always, I have had an amazing experience with Gwen and her competent team. I had some changes to my insurance needs and Gwen and team handled them quickly, advised on processes, and always had a great attitude. My auto insurance policy changed and due to new systems that State Farm HQ implemented, my spouse was accidentally left off from the named insured. Totally get it - when HQ transitions happen, sometimes there are hiccups. Gwen’s team prioritized the concerns I raised and worked quickly to resolve the issue. The call took only a few minutes and I received my updated documentation along with some new information that supported my other insurance needs. Again, constantly impressed by the people-first approach of the team here."
